Everything was good, FAVOURABLE location near main plaza in Mexico City and the historical center and main plaza, excellent staff. We really enjoyed to spend 5 days in standard queen room. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fairly clean bathroom.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - close to both the airport and metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities needed. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Only one minor thing could be improved - the pillows weren't the most comfortable, but everything else was more than satisfactory.

All the facilities are good, clean hotel, its location is convenient and absolutely perfect close to the bus station. The staff are responsive and deserve a 3-star rating👍

All in all, it was nice place for traveling to Mexico City. The location of the hotel was comfy and absolutely perfect - relatively close to Diego Rivera murals.

We stay in standard queen room quite often, it is clean and compact. Private bathroom is clean...

had an amazing birthday stay in Mexico City! Ayenda exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I especially loved the fast and stable wifi, convenient location, and the water dispenser on each floor. Can't wait to come back!

We loved the hotel's location in the historic center, just a short walk away from many landmarks and two metro stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and communicating with us in English when we needed it. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which had enough space for our family of four. Additionally, the pillows were thick and the beds were comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the historic center. The location was perfect, with easy access to metro stations and close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel was superbly located with quick and easy access to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe walking around the area, even late at night. The staff were friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. the price was a steal considering the location and the brand new, comfortable rooms. We appreciated the hot showers and the complementary soap and shampoo. All in all, it was an excellent value for the money.

While the hotel was being renovated, the noise didn't affect our stay, but some of the other guests were quite noisy. the rooms were on the small side, and the lack of air conditioning could be frustrating on hot days.
